THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE BOOKING

it assures its management ; as such , it is fully qualified to have all the rights to proceed to the receiving of the receipt of payment for its account for its referenced Riads and the delivering of the attestations of the booking .

The prices displayed on the web site are listed by overnight stays and by rooms : they only contain the accommodation with its included outgoings (Hotel services , conditioning , heating , etc ......) together with the included breakfast.

Because of the infatuation for the accommodation in Riads or Guest Houses or for the traditional housing in Morocco ; above all , most of them have got about more or less six rooms , we would like you to be committed to make your request for the booking at least two months in advance . During the school holidays periods , and more for the Christmas and the new year periods , some establishments are booked within two or six months in advance .

The more you anticipate your booking the more choice you have to choose among our accommodations .

1. How to fill in your demand

A contact form would permit to transmit your request of booking and to personalise it



Before sending it to us, fill in well the fields corresponding to the dates during which you would like to have your journey ( arrival from 13 p.m departure before 11h a.m G.M.T Timing .)

2. The Demand Procedure
As soon as we receive your e-mail , we check the availability of the references you gave us and within 24 hours , we send you a detailed bid for every available selection.

3. The booking
After receiving our offer by e-mail , you choose among our different suggestions.

There is nothing left apart from sending us :
-- The deposit corresponding to your choice by bank transfer or by money order (the fees are at your own charges )obligatory EUROS for CEE and Dollars U.S for the rest of the world.
-- The invoice of the bank operation within the two open days.

As soon as we receive your invoice , your booking is definitely blocked and we would send you a receipt which is equivalent to an attestation of booking with the following mentioning :
Name and references of the accommodation , period , adults and children number , amount of the in settlement.

We equally send you :
-- Exhaustive pieces of information about the accommodation ,
-- Detailed access plan ,
-- Useful pieces of information for your holidays in Morocco .
  4. The in settlement payment :
The day of your arrival to your accommodation ; the amount and the means of payment suggested on your quotation .

5. 5. The Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation would be taken into consideration concerning the dates of the reception of an e-mail in a condition that it had the same electronic address as of that of the booking request .
I. Anticipated cancellation :
Cancellation 16 days or more before your arrival time (for Morocco)
Cancellation 21 days or more before your arrival time (for CEE)
Cancellation 31 days or more before your arrival time (for countries out of CEE)
Cancellation 61 days or more before your arrival time (for the Christmas period )
we reimburse you half of the deposit in a maximum deadline of one month (transfer change fees at your own charges ).

II. Late cancellation :
Cancellation 15 days at least before your arrival time (for Morocco )
Cancellation 20 days at least before your arrival time (for the CEE )
Cancellation 30 days at least before your arrival time (for countries out of CEE )
Cancellation 60 days at least before your arrival time (for the Christmas period )

6. Last minute booking (supplement 5% on the price TTC posted )
You could make a last minute booking in the following conditions :
I. The sending of a booking demand for three forms of accommodations of the same standing at least ,
II. As soon as we receive your response and our deposit , Confirmation of your choice by the phone
III. No deposit; payment of the total sum once in the accommodation .
IV. We guarantee at your arrival :
        -- To assist you from the airport in order to assure your transfer to your accommodation (by supplement / variable concerning your destination / see deposit)
        -- To make you have an accommodation strictly equivalent to the one of your choice failing that you have chosen before (because of the infatuation for these kinds of accommodations)
